COVID-19 Update from Rebound Physical Therapy

Regardless of vaccination status, all employees and patients are required to continue to follow all current guidance for public activity from the CDC and Commonwealth of Massachusetts to protect themselves and others. This includes wearing a mask, staying at least 6 feet away from others, washing hands often, and following Massachusetts COVID-19 travel order.

We will continue to screen all patients and request a temperature screening. If you would like to provide proof of vaccination to our offices, we will incorporate that information to your screening process. We appreciate your continued patience and adherence with our COVID-19 policies.

We continue to evaluate our policies and guidance and make amendments, as necessary.

Our staff is ready to schedule you, answer your questions and address your concerns. We can be reached at phone numbers below or through the contact page of our site and someone will reach out to you:

Rebound has taken numerous steps to accommodate workforce and patient safety as well as infection control. We have an adequate supply of PPE for our team as well as ongoing supply chain resources. All staff have been trained on required use of PPE in an out-patient setting. We are restricting the number of staff and support personnel present in each of our clinics to accommodate social distancing to the greatest extent possible.

All staff will be screened daily with a questionnaire and temperature check. All equipment and high touch surfaces will be cleaned on a regular basis throughout the day.We will be screening all patients before they enter our building with a questionnaire and temperature check.

At this time, we will be restricting companions to only those that are necessary to our patient’s well-being. We understand childcare may be difficult at this time, but for the safety of all, we cannot allow any additional non-essential persons. We will be minimizing the use of our waiting room.

We will be asking all patients to wait in their vehicles prior to their appointment time.

All persons will be required to wear a face covering. Please try to bring you own facemask. We will not allow anyone without a facial covering into our clinics. If you are unable to comply with this, we are happy to provide services through our telehealth program to meet your therapy needs.

All persons will be asked to wash their hands upon entering and to maintain strict hand hygiene while they are in our clinics.

We hope these precautions will allow us to safely provide the rehab services you have come to expect from us. If you have any additional questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to reach out to us.
