COVID-19 Update from Rebound Physical Therapy

Thank you to all our clients and community for being patient during this time of crisis. We made the difficult decision to suspend operations on March 16th to help control the spread of COVID-19. During these past weeks, we have best served our community by being closed, but starting next week we will best serve everyone by being open.

Governor Baker’s guidance on reopening Massachusetts was released yesterday, on Monday May 18th. With this guidance, we are opening our doors for in-clinic visits starting Tuesday, May 26th. In accordance with those guidelines, we will be providing care for urgent services that cannot be delivered remotely and would lead to high risk or significant worsening of a patient’s condition if deferred. We are simultaneously continuing to offer our virtual telehealth services.

Our staff is ready to schedule you, answer your questions and address your concerns. We can be reached at phone numbers below or through the contact page of our site and someone will reach out to you:

  • Natick: 508-651-0051
  • Wellesley: 781-237-0400
  • Westborough: 508-329-1818

We greatly look forward to meeting our community’s needs. For more information on how our operations will be adjust please keep reading further.

Rebound has taken numerous steps to accommodate workforce and patient safety as well as infection control. We have an adequate supply of PPE for our team as well as ongoing supply chain resources. All staff have been trained on required use of PPE in an out-patient setting. We are restricting the number of staff and support personnel present in each of our clinics to accommodate social distancing to the greatest extent possible.

All staff will be screened daily with a questionnaire and temperature check. All equipment and high touch surfaces will be cleaned on a regular basis throughout the day.We will be screening all patients before they enter our building with a questionnaire and temperature check.

At this time, we will be restricting companions to only those that are necessary to our patient’s well-being. We understand childcare may be difficult at this time, but for the safety of all, we cannot allow any additional non-essential persons. We will be minimizing the use of our waiting room.

We will be asking all patients to wait in their vehicles prior to their appointment time.

All persons will be required to wear a face covering. Please try to bring you own facemask. We will not allow anyone without a facial covering into our clinics. If you are unable to comply with this, we are happy to provide services through our telehealth program to meet your therapy needs.

All persons will be asked to wash their hands upon entering and to maintain strict hand hygiene while they are in our clinics.

We hope these precautions will allow us to safely provide the rehab services you have come to expect from us. If you have any additional questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to reach out to us.
